Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order before it’s shipped—just let us know.

  • If your order has already shipped and you refuse delivery or cancel with the courier, unfortunately, you will be blacklisted from future orders.

Return Policy

  • We do not offer returns for change of mind or other reasons.

  • All orders are carefully packed and checked before shipping—your satisfaction and trust are our priority.

  • If your item arrives damaged or does not match your order, we will resolve the issue for you.

  • Items eligible for return must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and reported within less than 1 day of delivery.

  • Returns not meeting these conditions will be sent back without a refund.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1–10 days.

Exchanges Policy

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Deposit Policy

  • A 30% refundable deposit is required in these cases:

  • For customers with a history of cancellations.

  • For orders shipped to Sinai, Red Sea, North Coast, Matrouh, and Upper Egypt regions.

  • If you cancel after placing your order, shipping fees will be deducted from your deposit.
