Shipping policy

Fastest Shipping: We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Package Handling: Opening the package before completing delivery is not allowed.

Returns Policy: Returns with the delivery representative are not permitted. Please contact the pharmacy first for any return requests.

Doorstep Delivery: Orders are delivered right to your apartment door, not just to the building entrance.

Shipping Coverage:

• Shipping is processed immediately to all nearby governorates.
  

• For distant governorates, order value must be transferred to the sender before shipping.

Available Payment Methods:

• InstaPay or Vodafone Cash (payment should be made before shipping or 35–60 minutes before delivery, to update the courier)
  
  
• Online payment by Visa through a link sent by the pharmacy, via our website, or through the courier company.

Shipping Time: Shipping takes 2 to 3 working days, except Fridays.
