With a rich, buttery texture, this gentle formula offers long-lasting hydration while helping to plump the eye area and preserve elasticity. That's largely down to a 3% ceramide blend, which not only helps with plumping and smoothing your skin, but it also plays a critical role in helping to maintain the moisture balance while protecting against water loss. Oh, and we can't forget the 10% Plant Omega-Lipid Complex, which is made up of hydrating oils (particularly oat kernel oil) and powerful antioxidants which works to refresh your under-eyes.
