Shipping & Delivery 

• Fast Shipping: Orders are delivered right to your doorstep (not just to the building entrance!). For nearby areas, we ship right away. For distant governorates, payment is required before shipping.
  
  
• Multiple Payment Options: You can pay cash on delivery or online through Instapay, Vodafone Cash, Visa link, or via our website.
  
  
• Timeline: Orders usually arrive within 2–3 business days (excluding Fridays).

Returns & Exchange

• Cancellation: You can cancel before shipping with no problem. If you cancel after shipping, your number may be blacklisted.
  
  
• Return & Exchange: We do not offer general returns. However, if your item is damaged or doesn’t match your order, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll fix it or exchange it.
